The 6 Week Body Makeover Diet is only one diet currently on the market. Another diet that has gained popularity is the South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet is a weight loss program that has you eliminate carbs (carbohydrates) from your diet and then reintroduce them back into your diet slowly after two weeks.
